Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively search and connect with potential vendors through job platforms and social media groups
  • Scrutinize profiles based on project requirements
  • Initiate conversations, evaluate responses, and coordinate initial screenings
  • Maintain tracking sheets and update the team regularly
  • Ensure timely onboarding of selected vendors

  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Self-driven, proactive, and quick learner
  • Comfortable using Facebook, Apna Jobs, and similar platforms
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
