About the Opportunity

In the dynamic logistics and supply chain technology sector, our client is a leader in delivering innovative, technology-driven solutions that optimize transportation and distribution networks. Operating in a fast-paced, on-site work environment in India, they are focused on advancing enterprise-level applications and systems to enhance operational efficiency and data-driven decision making.

Role Responsibilities

Configure, customize, and maintain the Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) application to support business processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate OTM with ERP systems and other external applications.
Provide timely technical support and troubleshooting to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Optimize system performance by leading continuous improvement initiatives and enhancements.
Adhere to best practices in application development, configuration management, and quality assurance.
Monitor system performance and implement strategies to ensure high availability and operational excellence.

Skills Qualifications Must-Have

Proven expertise in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) configuration, customization, and maintenance.
Solid understanding of logistics, supply chain, and transportation domains.
Strong programming skills in Java and proficiency with SQL, XML, and related database technologies.
Experience in integrating enterprise applications and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
Ability to work on-site in India and manage real-time application challenges.

Preferred

Certifications or formal training in Oracle Transportation Management or equivalent platforms.
Prior experience with advanced application customizations and middleware integrations.
