Location:

Experience:

7-11 Years

Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant/Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Analysis & Solution Design
: Collaborate with business teams to analyze and translate HRMS requirements into Oracle HCM solutions.
Implementation & Configuration
: Configure the HRMS modules, design workflows, and conduct end-to-end testing.
Training & Support
: Deliver user training, assist with cutover activities, and provide post-go-live support.
Customization & Enhancements
: Hands-on expertise in
Personalization, Workflow, and Design Studio
for process optimization.
Technical Knowledge (Preferred)
: Exposure to
HDL, OTBI Dashboards, and SQL
for data migration and reporting.
