Oracle HCM Cloud OTBI/BI Developer

As a member of Frontend Arts, you will contribute to the delivery of world-class digital transformation services to our clients by leveraging your expertise in developing OTBI and BI reports within Oracle HCM Cloud modules. With a minimum of 3 years of experience in this field, you will demonstrate your proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence tools, report creation, and data visualization. Your strong background in data analysis and business analysis will be essential in interpreting complex datasets and transforming raw data into actionable business insights that support decision-making processes. Your role will require a deep understanding of business processes and requirements to design effective BI solutions that drive performance and growth for our clients. Excellent communication and presentation skills will be key as you collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure that the solutions provided are compliant, secure, high performance, and reliable. Troubleshooting and resolving issues in BI reports and dashboards will be part of your responsibilities, showcasing your strong problem-solving skills and sound understanding of business operations. We are looking for immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 45 days or less. The successful candidate will be a full-time employee with a Bachelor's degree preferred. Your expertise in OTBI and BI reports within Oracle HCM Cloud modules for at least 3 years, along with your proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence tools for the same duration, will be highly valued in this role.
