Roles & Responsibilities: Provide technical support for Oracle Fusion applications, including troubleshooting and issue resolution. Develop and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), web services, APEX and REST/SOAP APIs. Work on data migration, reports (BI Publisher, OTBI), and application customizations using PaaS and Oracle Visual Builder. Collaborate with functional teams to analyze issues, implement fixes, and optimize system performance. Perform technical impact analysis, root cause analysis, and recommend solutions. Manage SRs with Oracle Support and coordinate resolution efforts. Mandatory Skill Set: Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Technical components: BIP, OTBI, FBDI, and PaaS extensions. Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP Web Services, and FBDI-based data loads. Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and understanding of Oracle Fusion database architecture. Experience in technical troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning. Knowledge of security configurations, roles, and privileges in Fusion applications. Good understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and environments. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
