Oracle Indias Global Services Center (GSC) is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Architect to join our elite consulting team. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert with deep domain knowledge and extensive experience in designing, architecting, and leading large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementations across global customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and architect end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM solutions for complex business requirements
• Drive discovery, solution design, blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, and conference room pilots (CRPs)
• Work with global stakeholders to provide solution advisory and roadmap planning
• Define enterprise-wide architecture standards and integration strategy across modules
• Mentor and guide project teams across implementation lifecycle (configure, test, deploy, support)
• Engage in pre-sales activities including proposal development and solution presentations
• Stay updated on latest product capabilities and releases to influence Oracle solution design

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in Oracle SCM including 5+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM
• Hands-on experience in one or more of the following modules: Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, Manufacturing, Planning, Supply Chain Collaboration
• Strong expertise in solution architecture, integration (OIC), and extensions (PaaS)
• Proven experience in leading at least 3 full-cycle Fusion SCM implementations
• Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in global delivery model with onshore-offshore coordination
• Oracle Certifications in SCM Cloud and prior EBS experience will be an added advantage
