Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Technical ConsultantLocation: AT&T IND Karnataka BENGALURUYears of Experience: 5 7 YearsJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant to join our team
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Fusion HCM applications, with a proven track record of successful implementations and a deep understanding of integration methodologies
This role requires a self motivated individual who can work independently and effectively communicate with global clients
ResponsibilitiesLead and execute at least 2 full life cycle implementations of Oracle Fusion HCM
Develop and maintain BIP Reports and Dashboards to meet business requirements
Utilize integration methodologies and interfaces, including HDL, Web services, Data extracts, and 3rd Party Integrations
Oversee History Data Conversion and Loading/migration processes
Manage security processes within Fusion Applications
Create comprehensive documentation including ASIS, Technical Specifications/Design, Test Scenarios, User Manuals, Training documents, and SOPs
Write detailed test cases/scripts/scenarios covering end to end business processes
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients to ensure system functionality meets requirements
Work independently to deliver high quality results within project timelines
Communicate effectively with team members and clients, ensuring clarity in verbal and written communication
Mandatory Skills6+ years of total experience with at least 4+ years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management
Proven experience in at least 2 full life cycle implementations of Oracle Fusion HCM
Strong expertise in BIP Reports and Dashboard Reporting
In depth knowledge of integration methodologies and interfaces (HDL, ASP
NET Web Services, Data extracts, 3rd Party Integrations)
Experience with History Data Conversion and Loading/migration
Understanding of security processes in Fusion Applications
Excellent documentation skills, including the ability to create technical specifications and user manuals
Experience in writing test cases/scripts/scenarios for end to end business processes
Ability to coordinate User Acceptance Testing with clients
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Experience working with global clients; experience with US clientele is a plus
Preferred SkillsExperience in additional Oracle applications or related technologies
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Knowledge of project management tools and practices
QualificationsBachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Relevant certifications in Oracle Fusion HCM are a plus
