As a NetSuite Techno-Functional Consultant, your role involves leading solution development teams for configuration, customization, and integration of ERP modules for NetSuite implementation projects. You will be responsible for analyzing business goals, capturing business requirements, creating detailed designs, and ensuring that the processes developed meet the dynamic business needs within the clients" business and technology landscape. Your responsibilities will include translating business requirements into ERP functional and configuration requirements, designing, building, testing, and deploying NetSuite modules technology solutions, providing hands-on functional and technical knowledge, managing client relationships, executing tasks within a structured project environment, and leading consultants in various project work streams. You will also assist with project pursuits and RFPs for NetSuite related projects, create documents, ensure collaborative and proactive approaches to improving quality, facilitate the creation and testing of future state business processes, and act as a single point of contact between the client and the implementation team. In terms of people responsibilities, you will be expected to build a quality culture, foster teamwork, lead by example, train and mentor project resources, and participate in organization-wide people initiatives. Key skills required for this role include a degree in a related field or equivalent experience, 3 to 7 years of NetSuite experience with NetSuite One World modules in complex environments, extensive working knowledge of Suite Script, Suite Talk, Suite Flow, Suite Builder, and system configuration, familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs, and Web Services, ability to balance technical skills with business acumen, experience in developing and integrating NetSuite solutions using .Net and Java platforms or middleware tools, self-motivation, integrity, interpersonal skills, troubleshooting abilities, eagerness to learn new technologies, strong communication and presentation skills, ability to manage multiple projects, focused industry vertical solution experience, and NetSuite certification (preferred).
