Job Description

Role & responsibilities We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant with a strong background in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and support projects. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in Oracle Redwood within the HCM space. This role requires expertise in at least two core HCM modules and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Lead and participate in the implementation, support, and enhancement of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. Work extensively with Oracle Redwood UI , ensuring a seamless user experience and adopting best practices for HCM transformations. Configure and customize Oracle HCM Cloud applications to meet business requirements. Provide expert-level support for at least two of the following modules : Oracle Core HR and Absences Oracle Recruitment Cloud Oracle Talent Management Oracle Workforce Compensation Oracle Payroll Cloud Analyze business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis , and design system solutions accordingly. Collaborate with key stakeholders, HR teams, and technical teams to streamline HR processes. Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics using Oracle BI and OTBI . Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions. Conduct user training and prepare documentation for business users. Stay updated on the latest Oracle HCM Cloud enhancements and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: 4 to 6 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud (Implementation & Support). Mandatory: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Oracle Redwood within the HCM space. Expertise in at least two of the following Oracle HCM modules : Core HR & Absences, Recruitment Cloud, Talent Management, Workforce Compensation, Payroll Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM data model, security, workflows, and VBS personalization . Hands-on experience with Oracle BI, OTBI, and HCM Extracts . Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to interact with clients and teams. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred candidate profile
