About the Role:

Petroexcel Technology Services is seeking an experienced Oracle Aconex Technical Support Engineer / Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Aconex implementation, technical support, and user training. This role involves close collaboration with project management teams to provide technical support and ensure seamless execution of Aconex solutions within client environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement Oracle Aconex solutions tailored to client requirements across industry.
• Provide technical support to project management teams and end-users for Oracle Aconex software.
• Conduct user training sessions to enable efficient use of the Oracle Aconex platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle Aconex applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and implementation.
• Assist in customization, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Aconex tools.
• Provide documentation and reporting on support activities and project progress.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Oracle Aconex features and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Technology (B.Tech, M.Tech) or Computer Applications (MCA, BCA).
• 5-8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Aconex implementation and technical support.
• Strong understanding of project management workflows and processes.
• Experience working in Manufacturing, EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction), or IT industries is preferred.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Flexibility to work at client locations in Lagos, Nigeria or Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
