Responsibilities - Provide customers with professional guidance on eyewear products and lens options. - Assist customers in selecting frames that align with their style and budget preferences. - Conduct lens fitting and adjustments to guarantee optimal comfort and vision. - Stay updated on the latest optical product trends and innovations. - Maintain a well-organized display and presentation of optical merchandise. - Work closely with optometrists to ensure accurate implementation of prescription orders. - Efficiently handle order processing to ensure timely prescription completion. - Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. - Achieve individual and store sales targets by promoting selected products. - Deliver excellent post-sale support by addressing customer inquiries and concerns. - Coordinate inventory management tasks, including stock checks and replenishments. - Actively participate in store meetings, training sessions, and development programs.
