Job Description

Perform installation, testing, and commissioning of on-grid rooftop solar systems . Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in inverters, solar panels, wiring, and grid connectivity. Conduct routine preventive maintenance and respond to service calls. Coordinate with the project and operations team for timely execution and issue resolution. Generate service reports, document field activities, and ensure customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols during site work. Provide basic technical training or guidance to clients when needed. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience working with rooftop solar PV systems, preferably on-grid. Sound knowledge of solar inverters , net metering, DC/AC wiring, and system design. Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams and layouts. Familiarity with tools used in solar system servicing. Willingness to travel to client sites as required. Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
