Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement efficient line feeding strategies to ensure a continuous and steady flow of materials to the production line.
    • Monitor production schedules and adjust material delivery accordingly to prevent bottlenecks and delays.
    • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., logistics, procurement) to ensure timely delivery of parts and components.
    • Optimize material handling processes to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
    • Oversee the receiving, inspection, and storage of raw materials.
    • Implement quality control procedures to ensure that materials meet specified standards.
    • Manage inventory levels of raw materials to avoid shortages or overstocking.
    • Negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery.
    • Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
    • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
    • Manage client feedback and work towards improving customer satisfaction.
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of vehicles and address any issues related to vehicle specifications or customization.
    • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
    • Manage operational budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
    • Lead and motivate the operations team to achieve organizational goals.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in operations management within the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management, lean manufacturing principles, and quality control processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and systems, such as ERP systems.
