Role Overview

As an Operations Intern, you’ll be the central coordinator ensuring meals are prepared, packed, and delivered on time with high quality. You’ll assist in managing kitchen readiness, delivery execution, and maintaining operational logs.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily meal prep and dispatch with chefs and delivery staff
Track orders using nisarga's and maintain real-time delivery logs
Ensure accuracy in packing and labeling meals
Resolve live issues with helpers, customers, or delays
Submit End-of-Day (EOD) operational reports
Maintain stock alerts for raw material and packaging

Who You Are

Highly reliable and punctual
Strong communicator (Hindi essential, English preferred)
Proficient with WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and basic reporting
Interested in food operations, logistics, or hospitality
Able to handle real-time pressure and problem-solving
