Operations & Inside Sales

You will join SquadStack as an Intern for Operations & Inside Sales on a part-time basis at our Gurugram office. Your main responsibilities will include assisting with daily operational tasks, such as coordinating with telecallers, ensuring call quality and efficiency, analyzing telecalling data, and supporting inside sales activities. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining records, preparing reports, and providing insights to enhance operational efficiency and sales conversions. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. An analytical mindset with attention to detail is crucial, as well as proficiency in MS Office tools and data management. Working collaboratively in a team environment is essential, and having a basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management (CRM) is advantageous. Any experience or academic background in business, operations, sales, or related fields will be a plus.
