Key Responsibilities: Coordinate import/export shipments with carriers, agents, and overseas offices. Prepare and process shipping documentation (e.g., Bills of Lading, AWBs, customs forms). Book cargo space and ensure timely dispatch and delivery of shipments. Track and trace shipments; update customers and internal systems accordingly. Liaise with customs brokers and government agencies to ensure regulatory compliance Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and client communications Handle freight rate negotiations with carriers and service providers. Resolve operational issues, delays, or discrepancies efficiently. Desired Candidate Profile Responsible for coordinating and executing end-to-end freight forwarding operations (air, sea, or land), ensuring timely and cost-effective movement of cargo while complying with regulations and client requirements. 1-3 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics industry. Strong knowledge of air freight, sea freight, ocean freight, export import processes. Proficiency in preparing various types of export documents. Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
