Operations Executive

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our Rohtak office. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day operations related to policy issuance, endorsements, claim assistance, and coordination with insurance companies and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end policy issuance process (motor, health, fire, etc.)
• Assist clients with claims documentation and coordination with insurance companies.
• Handle endorsement processing and client servicing requirements.
• Maintain MIS and daily operational reports.
• Coordinate with sales team for proposal forms, documents, and compliance checks.
• Follow up with insurers for pending tasks and policy updates.
• Provide operational support to the back-office and ensure smooth functioning of service delivery.
• Address customer queries and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: B.Com, BBA, or equivalent)
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in insurance operations (brokerage/TPA/insurer preferred)
• Knowledge of general and health insurance processes
• Familiarity with insurance portals (e.g., Insurer portals, BAP, etc.) is a plus

• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of insurance products
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Attention to detail and problem-solving approach

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,455.66 - ₹25,000.00 per month
