Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Operations Analyst to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank, responsible for managing and analyzing the disbursement process. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in operations analysis or a related field.

Roles and Responsibility

Analyze and manage the disbursement process to ensure efficient and accurate transactions.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce errors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and enhance overall performance.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Provide training and support to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of operations analysis principles and practices.
Experience working in the BFSI industry, preferably in a similar role.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
