Job Summary:

The Operational Head is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational functions of the organization. This role ensures that all business operations are efficient, aligned with strategic goals, and contribute to the company’s long-term success. The Operational Head will drive operational excellence, improve performance, and implement best practices across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies, processes, and policies to support organizational goals.
• Optimize resource allocation, workflows, and productivity to achieve business efficiency.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop budgets, forecasts, and performance targets.
• Monitor key operational metrics and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams to achieve performance objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
