We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support and enhance our property operations. Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned properties Supervise housekeeping team and ensure quality standards in bedding, linen arrangement, and room furnishing Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation Maintain inventory and quality control of room supplies, linen, and furnishings Coordinate with vendors for procurement of bedding, mattresses, room furniture, and amenities Handle guest check-in/check-out processes, feedback, and issue resolution Assist in training and supervising on-ground operational staff Monitor room availability, rates, occupancy, and ensure timely readiness of rooms Implement SOPs and ensure compliance with hospitality standards Requirements:Graduate or diploma in Hotel Management or related field 1–2 years’ experience in hotel or serviced apartment operations Strong understanding of room setup, bedding standards, and furnishing aesthetics Excellent team coordination and communication skills Ability to manage multiple properties or floors if required Hands-on attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction Proficiency in MS Office, and basic PMS systems (preferred) What We Offer:Opportunity to work with a growing hospitality brand Structured growth path & training opportunities Supportive team environment How to Apply:📧 Send your resume to: hr@blueleafcorp.com 📱 WhatsApp: 7290012200
