Job Description:

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and confident Online Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, possess excellent communication skills, and be comfortable interacting with premium domestic and international clients. Prior experience in sales coordination, client handling, or customer support will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with high-end clients via video calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Provide detailed product information and recommendations based on customer needs.
• Understand and effectively communicate with clients having foreign accents.
• Maintain and regularly update client communication records and follow-ups.
• Collaborate closely with the sales, dispatch, and design teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in preparing quotations, proforma invoices, and client-specific documents.
• Monitor online leads and respond promptly with a professional approach.
• Maintain a strong understanding of current product lines and upcoming collections.
• Schedule client appointments and manage calendar coordination for video calls.
• Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Assist with social media responses or promotional campaigns when needed.
• Help with after-sales service, ensuring customer satisfaction and feedback collection.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell based on client interactions.
• Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and client feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Female candidate only.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) – must be comfortable on video calls.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to understand and respond confidently to foreign accents.
• Polished, presentable, and client-focused approach.
• Proficiency in email handling, WhatsApp for Business, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Time management, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in online sales, client coordination, or customer service is preferred.
