Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an On-Site Supervisor specializing in commercial office interiors, located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The On-Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day tasks including managing project timelines, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, supervising the on-site team, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, and maintaining project quality standards. This role requires diligent follow-up and interaction with various stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution.

• Experience in Following Up on project details and timelines
• Team Management and People Management skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site and manage multiple tasks
• Prior experience in interior design or construction projects is beneficial
