Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading a range of design projects — from ideation to execution — ensuring that every project reflects our commitment to style, functionality, and quality. Key Responsibilities: • Manage design projects from initial concept to final completion. • Develop detailed project briefs, timelines, and schedules. • Translate client requirements into preliminary plans, test fit layouts, and mood boards. • Source materials, finishes, furniture, and products to bring design concepts to life. • Create prototypes and concept presentations. • Oversee site progress to ensure design integrity and quality execution. Skills & Requirements: • Minimum 1 year of industry experience in interior design. • Strong expertise in layouts, space planning, color theory, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, and installations. • Proficiency in design tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, or similar. • Creative mindset with an exceptional eye for aesthetics and detail. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Strong project management and organizational abilities. • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Interior Design or related field.
