Key Roles and Responsibilities Business Prepare and Produce daily, weekly, monthly sales reports for Sales team, within required deadlines. Generation MIS and Sales reports through SAP System and SAP (BI). Create power point presentations as per business requirements Managing in various office utilities and other administrative work of the Regional Office. Financial Tracking and clearance all Utilitie bills etc. Coordinate with sales teams for daily orders, collections, UTR No and submission of scheme documents. Customer Oriented Managing Distributor Relationship, handling their grievances. Assist Sales Team in providing all relevant data / MIS support. People Oriented Managing internal & external stakeholders basis business needs Competencies Technical/Functional Advanced Microsoft Office (especially Excel spreadsheets) SAP System and SAP (BI) Decent communication skills (English - Written & Spoken) Behavioral Organized, analytical and methodical approach Self-motivated Team player Ability to communicate to staff of all levels Performance Measures Quantitative Sales Reporting & Analysis Cost reduction & Maintenance (Cleaning, supply, etc.) Coordination with distributors and vendors Qualitative Accuracy to Data Taking care of House Keeping Infrastructure Management
