Office & Operations Coordinator

Location: Markaz Knowledge City, Kaithapoyil

Full-Time | Onsite

About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and organized Office & Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role plays a key part in keeping our office running smoothly, supporting management, ensuring client satisfaction, and helping various departments operate efficiently behind the scenes. Candidates must have a valid Indian driving license and be comfortable driving as part of the role. English language proficiency is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations, including supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination
  • Provide administrative support to senior management (scheduling, reporting, documentation)
  • Assist with HR tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records
  • Oversee office maintenance and ensure a clean, safe work environment
  • Manage office budgets, track expenses, handle fund collection, and assist with financial reporting
  • Maintain company documents and generate regular reports
  • Coordinate internal communication and serve as a point of contact for external stakeholders
  • Oversee company vehicle maintenance, usage scheduling, and compliance
  • Support marketing staff with logistics and ensure their well-being
  • Provide backend support to reduce workloads for senior managers and operational teams
  • Coordinate client pickups and schedule visits in alignment with their preferences and company policies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in administration, operations, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in office or operations management (preferred)
  • Valid Indian driving license and ability to drive company vehicles
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace
  • Customer-focused with a proactive, problem-solving attitude
  • Experience with financial or HR systems is an added advantage

Full-time

Monday to Saturday

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
