Founders Office Manager

When:

Immediate | Full time | Offline (Bangalore-based)

What:

We re looking for a sharp, curious, and analytical individual to join our Founders Office. This is a dynamic role that bridges business development, client management, and strategic growth. As part of our team, you ll directly support the founders and be a key player in driving the studio s expansion.You ll be responsible for managing lead generation, client communications, proposals, pricing strategies, and more. Your role will involve working closely with the founders to represent Studio Sorted s ethos in every conversation while identifying opportunities for growth, recognition, and showcasing our work.

Requirements:

- Strong communication abilities and initiative - Excellent research and analytical skills - Experience in business development and client management - Ability to manage proposals, pricing strategy, and negotiation - Proficiency in using AI tools and workflows to automate business development tasks - Ability to collect and analyse enquiry data (source industry, ticket size, conversion %, fall-through rates) - Representing the founders during client and partner communications - Experience with CRM and client relationship management - Relevant experience in proposal making, pricing strategy, and client negotiations - A high level of organisation, attention to detail, and ability to multitask

6-8 LPA depending on experience
