Job Description:

Solartis Energy Solutions LLP is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Executive to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in billing, invoicing, and office administration. This role requires effective communication skills, a basic understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to handle client coordination and general office management tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process invoices and billing statements accurately and on time.
• Maintain proper documentation of financial records and assist with accounting entries, GST working, and acknowledge.
• Follow up with clients regarding payments, queries, and other communication.
• Manage and maintain office supplies and stationery inventory.
• Oversee general office administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams when required.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure data integrity in all tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and billing software/tools.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Tally.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Must reside within 5 km of the office location.
• Educational qualification: Minimum Graduate in Commerce/Business Administration preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
