Job Description:

Solartis Energy Solutions LLP, a leading name in solar and electrical products manufacturing, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Tender Executive & Business Sales Executive (Female Preferred) to join our growing team in Pune.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling government and non-government tenders, including GEM Portal, MahaTender Portal, and should be confident in sales calling and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing end-to-end tender documentation, submission, and follow-up processes on portals like GEM, MahaTender, and others.
• Coordinating with internal departments for tender-related requirements, documents, and certifications.
• Keeping track of new tender opportunities relevant to the company’s products and services.
• Preparing technical and financial proposals as per tender specifications.
• Handling non-government project tenders and documentation as needed.
• Conducting follow-ups with clients, vendors, and government departments regarding tenders and quotations.
• Performing business development and client relationship management through telecalling and emails.
• Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads via calls, emails, and online platforms.
• Preparing and maintaining sales reports, tender status updates, and related documentation.

Candidate Requirements:

• Female candidates preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in tender handling and business sales.
• In-depth knowledge of GEM Portal, MahaTender Portal, and private tender processes.
• Strong skills in documentation, compliance, and tender preparation.
• Good communication and negotiation skills for sales calls and client coordination.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet research.
