Job Description

We are looking for a smart and proactive Office Assistant to join our team. Freshers can also apply. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day office operations, basic computer-based tasks, and ensure smooth coordination among departments. This is a multi-tasking role suitable for someone organized, reliable, and comfortable working with computers. Candidate must have knowledge of MS Word and Excel and must be good in working on computers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily computer-based tasks such as data entry, document formatting, and email handling.
  • Emailing & Data Mining would be major tasks in this role.
  • Maintain and organize digital and physical files.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Follow up on tasks, reminders, and project timelines with staff.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Good typing speed and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of office equipment (printer, scanner, etc.).
  • Fluent in [English/Hindi ].

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
