Job description Job Title : Office Assistant (Male) Location : Baner, Pune Job Type : Full-time Experience : 1–3 years Education : 12th pass or Graduate Job Summary : We are seeking a reliable and proactive Office Assistant (Male) to support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will handle routine office tasks, support staff, ensure cleanliness and organization of office spaces, and assist with errands or logistics. Key Responsibilities : Assist in day-to-day office operations and administrative support Handle filing, photocopying, scanning, and document organization Maintain cleanliness and order in office common areas (cabins, cafeteria, gallery, passage, etc.) Serve tea, coffee, or refreshments to staff and visitors Receive and deliver mail, parcels, and internal documents Assist with inventory management and restocking of office supplies Coordinate with vendors, couriers, and maintenance personnel Help in organizing meetings, events, and office setup as needed Perform any other duties as assigned by management Requirements : Prior experience in an office or administrative support role preferred Basic communication skills (reading/writing/speaking) Physically fit and punctual Polite, professional, and team-oriented attitude Willingness to learn and take initiative Working Hours : 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Language: Marathi (Preferred) Hindi (Preferred) Work Location: In person Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: Office: 1 year (Required) Language: Hindi (Required) English (Preferred) Marathi, hindi (Required) Location: Baner Road, Pune, Maharashtra (Preferred) Work Location: In person
