KEY ACCOUNTABILITY Achieving set Annual Sales Target Receivables and zero Outstanding from OEM Customers Retain existing customers and introduce new customers Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index over 90% Market Intelligence and lead generation for NPD OEM Sales, experience in handling business of OEMs of commercial vehicles, passenger vehicles & EVs. KEY ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Create annual sales plan and prepare an execution strategy for achievement of sales plan Getting new RFQ from existing OEM customers Prepare Commercial Proposal, presentations for Customer Requirements Manage Delivery Schedules of Customer OEMs, ensuring 100% delivery performance Contribute for price finalization with the management Plan customer visits frequently for new business generation Increase business share with every customer year on year Maintain customer relationships Resolve customer rejections with the help of Quality & Production teams & ensure 0 PPM Weekly MIS submission to Management Education UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics/Telecommunication, Electrical, Mechanical PG: MBA Marketing / Finance / Operations Experience: 8-10 Years Show more Show less
