Analyze rejection trends and implement corrective and preventive measures to control rejection rates. Coordinate with the maintenance team for timely servicing and repairs of machines and equipment. Maintain production records, reports, and documentation as per company standards. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and housekeeping (5S) standards on the shop floor. Train and develop operators and junior staff on best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Preferred candidate profile Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Plastic/Production Engineering. 3-8 years of experience in injection molding production in a manufacturing environment. Strong technical knowledge of injection molding processes, machines and mold setups Hands-on experience in troubleshooting molding defects like short shots, flash, burn marks, warpage, etc. Good leadership and team management skills.
