Odoo Developer

We are looking for an experienced Odoo developer to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess a solid foundation in Python programming and demonstrated expertise in crafting and customizing modules within Odoo. As a junior Odoo Developer, you will be tasked with creating and managing Odoo modules and applications, writing code that is both clean and efficient, collaborating with stakeholders to identify requirements, conducting code reviews, and troubleshooting and resolving issues.

• Design and develop Odoo apps (new module development, customization).
• Collaborate with stakeholders, identify requirements and develop effective software solutions.
• Design, code, test, debug and document software according to the functional requirements.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure the quality and adherence to coding standards
• Functional knowledge of ERP modules like Accounting, Stock, CRM, Inventory, HR, Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing, E- Commerce, and Payment gateway.
• Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, algorithms, data-flow diagrams, layouts, user-flow diagrams, charts, code comments, and keeping code clean and optimized.
• Integrate software components and third-party programs.
• Must experience in any version Migrations, and Odoo end-user training.
• Strong knowledge of Core Python and programming concepts.
• Working knowledge of PostgreSQL, Unix / Linux and Windows platform.
• Stay up to date with the latest Odoo releases, new features, and industry trends.
• Knowledge on Data import using ODOO import as well as custom import using Python.
• Has experience working with various types of API interfaces: REST, GraphQL, SOAP, etc.

Must Have

• 2-4 years' experience working in Odoo ERP software with minimum 3-5 modules. 
• Proven experience as an Odoo Developer with a strong portfolio of successful Odoo projects.
• Technical knowledge of version migrations, Odoo framework, architecture, and development best practices.
• Knowledge of code commit, revoke, update scripts and patch files in code management tools. 
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and XML
• Familiarity with web technologies including HTML, CSS, and web services (REST, SOAP).
• Strong knowledge in relational databases (PostgreSQL and/or MYSQL)
