Provide technical hands-on support at a L3 level for incident and request management including resolution of escalated incidents, problems or changes from L1 support. Responsible for Problem management and root cause analysis for repeated incidents or outages. Ability to work and collaborate in a team environment. Good understanding of ITIL processes and tools like ServiceNow, BMC remedy, SCSM, ManageEngine etc. Responsible to provide support on-call, out of office hours including emergencies and routine maintenance windows. Provide technical support, guidance, and expertise to junior staff members. Collaborate with other departments and vendors for system integration and upgrades. Document procedures, configurations, and instructional guides for the team.
