Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer queries professionally via email and chat. Maintain clear and effective written communication in English and Hindi . Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely resolutions. Meet productivity and quality benchmarks as per process requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in email and chat customer support . Graduates only (No undergraduates). Excellent reading and writing skills in English and Hindi . Willing to work 6 days a week in rotational shifts between 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM. Must be willing to work from the office location at Hitech City.
