We're looking for a Non-IT Recruiter with 6 months to 3 years of relevant recruitment experience. The ideal candidate will have strong end-to-end recruitment skills, including proven experience in contract staffing (Contract or C2H). You must be well-versed in using major job boards like Naukri and Monster and have a solid understanding of job descriptions and candidate requirements. Experience working with VMS (Vendor Management System) and MSP (Managed Service Provider) is essential. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for various non-IT roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding. Work effectively within VMS (Vendor Management System) and MSP (Managed Service Provider) environments, managing requisitions and candidate submissions. Source, screen, and qualify candidates using various job boards, including Naukri and Monster, and other innovative sourcing techniques. Develop a deep understanding of all job requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies. Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit. Present qualified candidates to clients, articulating their strengths and suitability for the role. Negotiate offers, salaries, and contract terms with candidates and clients. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. Act as an individual contributor, taking full ownership of assigned requisitions and delivering results independently. Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates and internal stakeholders. Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to advise on recruitment strategies. Required Skills & Experience 6 months to 3 years of relevant experience in recruitment. Must have experience working on VMS (Vendor Management System) and MSP (Managed Service Provider). Mandatory experience in Contract Staffing (Contract or C2H models). Well-versed in using job boards like Naukri and Monster. Strong understanding of all requirements as per job descriptions. Proven ability to work as an individual contributor. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated and independent work ethic. Effective negotiation skills. Familiarity with various non-IT skills and job families (e.g., Finance, HR, Admin, Operations, Marketing, etc.). Preferred Qualifications Prior experience working with product companies and/or tier-1 companies .
