Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for network-related issues across departments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity issues.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure uninterrupted network operations.
  • Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware and internet-related issues.
  • Ensure cybersecurity best practices are followed, including antivirus and software updates.
  • Provide desktop support when required, including troubleshooting printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
