Job Description

Content Writer


Key Responsibilities

  • Write clear, compelling content for:
  • Monthly/weekly

    newsletters

  • Social media posts

    and creative captions

  • Marketing emails

    and internal communication

  • Brochures, flyers,

    and other branding materials
  • Website sections, landing pages, and blogs (as required)
  • Collaborate with the design team to align visuals with content tone
  • Ensure content is consistent with the brand voice, tone, and style
  • Conduct research to generate fresh ideas aligned with industry trends
  • Edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, and accuracy
  • Track engagement metrics and optimize content performance
  • Maintain a content calendar for planned campaigns and deliverables


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 2 plus years of experience in content writing, preferably in digital or corporate settings
  • Strong portfolio of published content (social media, emailers, newsletters, etc.)
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Ability to write for different formats and target audiences
  • Basic understanding of SEO, digital marketing trends, and content marketing
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Mailchimp, Buffer, or similar platforms is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
