Job Description

You should have 2-7 years of relevant experience in Technical Operations and Service Delivery within a Large Enterprise or a Service Provider setting. As part of the Infosys delivery team, your main responsibility will involve ensuring effective Design Development Validation and Support activities to meet the technology service needs of our clients. You will be required to gather and translate client requirements into system specifications, as well as contribute to project estimations by providing accurate information to Technology Leads and Project Managers. Your role will also include actively participating in the development of efficient programs and systems to support our clients in their digital transformation journey. If you have expertise in Network SDWAN, SDLAN, LAN, WAN, CISCO ACI, ISE, Routing, Switching, Wireless, Data Center Network Security, and Firewall Policies, you are encouraged to apply for this position. Additionally, knowledge in SDN-NFV, Software Defined WAN (SDWAN), Cisco LAN Switches, Cisco ACI, Routing technologies, and Network Security Firewall & Policies will be considered a plus.,
