Network Support Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Network Support Engineer to join our IT

infrastructure team. Youll play a vital role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving

our network systems to ensure high availability and performance across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, manage, and maintain enterprise-level network infrastructure

(LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi/VPN).

• Troubleshoot network issues (hardware and software) and provide timely resolutions.
• Configure and install routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking equipment.
• Collaborate with IT teams to enhance system reliability and security.
• Document network issues, resolutions, and configurations accurately.
• Support end-users with network-related problems.
• Perform routine network upgrades, patching, and preventive maintenance.
• Assist in disaster recovery planning and network redundancy implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, or equivalent networking tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Certifications like CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent are preferred.
