*Troubleshooting of Windows 7, 8, 10, and 11 and local/on-premise servers & other application software's.
*Windows Installation and Formatting.
*Maintaining Sophos Firewall & Sophos Antivirus.
*Should have experience in working with desktop/laptop hardware issues and software installation configurations.
*Installation and upgrading and configuring the system with appropriate device drivers and operating system.
*Regular maintenance and troubleshooting of all components of the computers and special devices.
*Maintaining daily backup and restoring data Manage Internet uptime and downtime and contact ISP in case of any issues.
*System performance monitoring and troubleshooting user-related problems.
*Beginning-level MSSQL DB administration on Testing and on-premise SQL Servers. Securing data from unauthorized access.
*Manage IT tickets raised by all teams.
*IT assets inventory as well as software assets inventory management.
Candidate with relevant experience of a minimum of 1 to 2 years
Knowledge on Windows Networking Domain and Desktop Support Activity
