Role & responsibilities Hands-on experience with Fortinet Firewalls (FortiGate): configuration, troubleshooting, VPN setup, policy management, firmware upgrades. Basic understanding of firewall logs and security alerts. Windows Server & Active Directory - User account creation, group policy management, OU structure. Experience with AD replication and troubleshooting common issues. DNS, DHCP configuration and troubleshooting in AD environment. General IT Support - Troubleshooting Windows 10/11 systems, printers, and network issues. Support for Microsoft 365 (Outlook, etc.) Knowledge of antivirus and endpoint protection solutions. Networking - Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, switching, routing. Experience with network monitoring tools is a plus. Familiarity with backup software's
