Your key duties will include managing Key Account(s), negotiating rates, ensuring compliance with sales management processes, monitoring performance against targets, and implementing structured account plans. To excel in this role, we expect you to have a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the freight forwarding industry. You should possess a track record of successful sales achievements, particularly in expanding market share within the Healthcare sector. Additionally, your willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, will be essential for building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
