Multiple Roles

As a Civil Engineer at Vermillion Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. (VEPL), you will have the opportunity to contribute to our fast-growing Project Management Consultancy (PMC) specializing in various sectors including airports, industrial, hospitality, commercial, residential, institutional, and township. We are currently in a dynamic growth phase with large-scale projects ongoing and are looking for passionate individuals to join our team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing on-site execution to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to timelines. You will be required to plan and monitor progress using project management tools, coordinate drawings, manage teams, and assist in reporting. Experience in civil, finishing, and MEP works is preferred, with proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp considered a plus. We are also looking for Quantity Surveyors who can handle the full QS cycle from pre-tender to project closure. This includes tasks such as preparing BOQs, rate analysis, tender documentation, and cost control. Experience with QS software and BIM tools will be an added advantage for this role. Ideal candidates for Project Engineer, Sr. Project Engineer, Project Manager, and Quantity Surveyor positions should be Civil Engineers with 8+ years of relevant experience (Diploma holders with 12+ years may apply) for senior roles, and 5+ years of relevant experience (Diploma holders with 8+ years may apply) for mid-senior roles. Strong technical knowledge, leadership abilities, and prior experience in real estate or infrastructure sectors are essential qualifications.
