Job Description

You are a mature and experienced MuleSoft Integration Engineer who will be joining our project team that extensively utilizes AWS cloud tools and a Java-based stack. Your primary responsibilities will include developing, enhancing, and maintaining major engineering platforms shared across multiple domains. You will collaborate with product, support, and infrastructure teams globally to promote a collaborative culture. Your role will involve providing enablement platforms, streamlined processes, and development tooling to facilitate high-performing teams aligned with enterprise strategies and standards. As a MuleSoft Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring reliable DevSecOps practices to aid engineers in building, testing, release management, monitoring, and deployment of innovative solutions. Developing APIs to enable integrations between platforms using enterprise API development strategies and patterns will be a crucial part of your role. Additionally, you will play a key role in promoting integration patterns, supporting API management solutions, and enabling high-performing engineering teams through maximum reusability of data services. You will champion engineering initiatives and best practices by actively participating in product development teams to facilitate the adoption of practices and patterns. Collaborating closely with coaches and RTEs, you will mentor teams towards agile best practices and ensure that ceremonies remain useful. Thriving on exploring possibilities, you will define enterprise-level architectural patterns and engage in hands-on development through peer programming as required. To excel in this role, you must be fluent in modern technologies and platforms to ensure integrations meet industry recommendations and client demands. Your experience with ServiceBus, APIs, API development (REST, GraphQL, microservices), and container technologies (Docker, Docker Swarm, Kubernetes) will be essential. Proficiency in Agile methodologies, microservice architecture, Java services for enterprises, and MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform is required. Strong communication skills, both written and oral, are necessary to simplify complex solutions for technical and non-technical audiences. You should possess strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills along with the ability to drive cultural change within organizations. Being a passionate innovator, self-motivated, and capable of leading initiatives with minimal supervision are key attributes for success in this role. Adaptability to changing requirements, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to deliver solutions under pressure in a global, multi-cultural environment are also highly valued. If you are enthusiastic about staying updated on the latest trends, driving a cultural change, and possess the skills and qualities mentioned above, we encourage you to apply for this challenging and rewarding position as a MuleSoft Integration Engineer.,
