Required Position: Key Accounts Executive: Graduate / MBA / PGDM with 3 to 6 years exp in any Dairy in MT Sales KEY RESULT AREAS Plan, Execute & Promote the NKA business and achieve the sales targets as per the business plan. Build the MRF team in scope towards achieving the organization objective. Create the identity of Brand in the market and increase the visibility. Product management (Forecast, Availability, Listing, Merchandising, Shelf Share, Pricing) Sales management (Targets, Margins, Promotions, Rentals). Build and deploy a consumer acquisition model. Monitor & review the distribution/ channel marketing system/Local Buyers. Review & identify the business gaps and develop the sales promotional activities. Develop market intelligence and expansion of distribution network. Ensure to review and reconciliation of sales realizations & out standings. Build and deploy effective marketing plan and execution of BTL activities. Organize Customer Contract Programs and addressing complaints/feedback. Responsible for placement of Visi Coolers / Bottle Coolers in the Market. Ensure timely supply of products with minimum leakages, damages & transit losses. Ensure proper merchandising at MRF Stores. Ensure the availability of all products / variants / SKUs in the respective MRFs City / Town wise. Optimum utilization of manpower & Develop Teams. Daily, periodical MIS reports. Co-ordination with internal teams i.e., Sales, Operations, quality, Marketing etc., Effective coordination and compliance of all Statutory, ISO and Audit Queries. Any other work which was assigned from time to time.
