Job Description

The Trainer position based in Hyderabad involves assisting in developing and delivering training programs for the domestic formulations sales team. Your role will include conducting training sessions, facilitating workshops, and providing continuous support to sales representatives to enhance their product knowledge, selling skills, and compliance awareness. Collaborating closely with the Lead Trainer and sales management, you will ensure that training initiatives align with the company's objectives and effectively address the needs of the sales team. You should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences with a minimum of 6 months to 4 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or training roles. Familiarity with sales processes and training methodologies in the pharmaceutical industry would be advantageous. Your responsibilities will include executing training programs focused on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance for the domestic formulations sales team. You will conduct training sessions and workshops, utilize effective teaching methodologies to engage participants, and provide support and guidance to sales representatives to reinforce learning and enhance skills. Additionally, you will assist in creating and updating training materials, monitor participant engagement and performance, collaborate with the Lead Trainer to ensure training content relevance, and stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes. Key performance indicators will be based on the effectiveness of training programs, adherence to the training schedule, and timeliness in updating training materials. Required skills include strong communication and presentation skills, ability to engage participants, knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles, organizational and time management skills, and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training technologies. In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products and sales processes is essential. Your operating network will involve internal collaboration with the Lead Trainer, Sales team, Marketing team, and HR team, as well as external interaction with training vendors, regulatory bodies, and industry associations.,
