Description
As the Team Lead, Managed Services Client Delivery at NTT DATA, you will be an entry-level subject matter expert responsible for managing a team of Managed Services Client Delivery Specialists. Your primary focus will be on overseeing the day-to-day delivery of managed services to clients, ensuring client satisfaction, service delivery, and contract profitability for assigned client contracts. You will play a crucial role in maintaining strong client relationships, resolving issues, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that align with service-level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards. Your responsibilities will include working closely with cross-functional teams to identify procurement methods, engaging with suppliers to resolve incidents, cultivating relationships with key clients, and addressing client concerns promptly and effectively. You will also be responsible for allocating resources effectively, identifying potential risks to service delivery, and continuously monitoring service performance to enhance quality and efficiency. Additionally, you will contribute to pre-sales processes, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive service delivery excellence by motivating team members to achieve outstanding performance against SLAs. To excel in this role, you should have a solid understanding of the IT services industry, managed services, client needs, and industry-specific challenges. You will need basic leadership and management skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in project management methodologies. Analytical, problem-solving, and budgeting skills are essential, along with the ability to manage relationships with third-party vendors and partners. A client-centric mindset, adaptability to changing technology, and a focus on achieving measurable outcomes are also key attributes for success in this role. In terms of qualifications, a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field is required, along with relevant ITIL and project management certifications. Previous experience in a managed services or support services environment, including successful delivery of managed services, monitoring contract performance, and leading service delivery teams, will be advantageous.
