Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Motor Rewinding Technician, located in Ahmedabad. The Motor Rewinding Technician will be responsible for rewinding motors, diagnosing motor issues, conducting repairs, and testing motor functionality. The technician will also handle the maintenance of motors and ensure timely delivery of repaired or rewound motors to clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in motor rewinding, including AC motors and DC motors
• Skills in diagnosing motor issues and conducting repairs
• Knowledge of submersible pumps and armatures
• Ability to test and ensure motor functionality post-repair
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Technical certification or relevant training in motor rewinding or electrical work is preferred
