Motion Graphics Designer

VR Digitals is hiring a talented Motion Graphics Designer with strong skills in both graphic design and motion graphics. This role involves creating high-quality digital and print content for clients, including social media visuals, motion reels, brochures, and branding materials. You will also be expected to lead a small creative team, providing guidance and support as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Design creative assets for social media banners, ads, and posts.
• Create engaging motion graphics reels and animated content for clients.
• Design print materials such as brochures, company profiles, and catalogs.
• Maintain design consistency and adhere to client brand guidelines.
• Lead and support a team of junior designers.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure effective visual communication.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in motion graphics and graphic design.
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both static and animated design work.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to guide a creative team.
• Experience designing for both digital and print media.
• Personal laptop is mandatory for this role.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
